It was a pleasure to be a part of yesterday’s Unity in the Community Summer Block Party and Backpack Giveaway yesterday at 60th and Market Streets in West Philly. Horizon House was on-site to provide resources and information on our services, meet and chat with members of the local community and say hello to friends and partnering organizations from the area.
