The 28th Annual Horizon House Golf Outing was a tremendous success!

This year’s outing took on special meaning not just because it was our first in-person event since the onset of COVID-19, but also because we dedicated the outing to Dr. Larry Real, our late Medical Director who passed away in March after a brave battle with cancer.

We’d like to take a moment to thank all of our sponsors, all who came out to play at Huntingdon Valley Country Club on June 1 and all who donated in some way. You are helping to make a difference in lives of the men and women we serve each day.
